I am with a large company and hands down this is the best pbx phone service I have found. No issues, easy to use and extremely convenient. We tried the free 30days and we now purchased a month to month service. Only caution I have is to make sure to read each type of service they offer to make sure you get the best package that will suit your companies needs. You can always start off with the cheapest one with the free trial and see if that will be sufficient. No need to look for a better pbx service – this is it.

The system is very cool with all the features. during the one year I have had a few issues with their system being overloaded and getting busy signals. Lately I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone in customer service and it’s pretty bad. You are on hold and when you get someone they don’t have the answers. so if you need good customer service and support this isn’t the company. if you want alot of features at good prices then this is the company.
